Having raised Cocker Spaniels as a family all my growing up years, I know well the excitement of a new puppy! I remember experiencing such joy when picking out my very own puppy as a little girl. What my parents remember however, is how hard it was to find a reputable breeder, who valued every step of the development and socialization process. We spent months looking for the perfect fit, until we finally found her!
Throughout the years, I've always had a fluffy little long-eared companion, to welcome me home, cuddle with, and to absorb the occasional tear! I want to pass that companionship on, mindfully, and with the same care that my parents took when picking out my pup!
I know what's really important to you in your search for a Cockapoo puppy- a healthy bloodline, and how the pups are raised in a healthy, loving environment. We breed conservatively for Health, Temperament, and Color, in that order.

Having experienced food sensitivities myself, I took a good look at what I was feeding my family. Dried hard kibble just didn't cut it. To give the pups the best start, I cook for them, and we incorporate a largely raw-food based diet as soon as they are able to eat solid food. They receive their first round of vaccinations under our care, with instructions for you for the next, and your precious pup is always health certified from our veterinarian.
Your Cockapoo pup's natural qualities of curiosity, love, and loyalty, are nurtured with early exposure to kids, cats, ponies, and other dogs. During the first 8 weeks of life, the pups spend time snuggling on the couch, playing in the grass and sun, and going on the occasional, adorable field trip!

The look on people's faces when they see the little teddy bears is priceless! I take joy in the ooohs and ahhs I get when taking the puppies to the park, or to the kids' ball game. The easiest way to get to know our pups is to schedule a playdate! You'll get to go along to watch them play and interact, and get to meet the parents, and share plenty of cuddles and kisses, of course!
The gorgeous parents of our babies carry beautiful characteristics of both breeds, including AKC bloodlines, long floppy ears, the parti-color gene and luscious curls. We routinely have litters of F1 (First Generation) Cockapoos. The F1 Cockapoo comes from a full blooded Cocker Spaniel and a full blooded Poodle parent. We also have F1b litters.. when one parent is an F1 Cockapoo and one is a Poodle (the b standing for backcross to the poodle.) An F1 Cockapoo crossed with another F1 Cockapoo is considered an F2 cross.
Any other combos, like F1 bred to an F1b, is considered multigenerational. We have started having multigenerational litters now, as well. They are by far our favorites!
As a canine genetics enthusiast, I have found that thorough genetic testing is the easiest way to ensure that our Cockapoos are predictably sized as adults, non shedding, and have the easiest coats to take care of. They require regularly brushed, and a trim approximately every 2-3 months. Our Cockapoo pups typically range from smaller sized to the size of a full size Cocker Spaniel, depending on parentage. In the event that we do a cross with a standard poodle dam, the puppies may even be bigger.
For more information about genetics, give us a call or shoot us an email! We want to make sure that you are as knowledgeable as possible and comfortable with every part of our process!
There‘s a lot of misinformation surrounding Cockapoos, but the thing I hear the most that has no basis in reality is, ”F1 or First Generation Cockapoos are healthier than other generations”
As far as our program goes, we thoroughly health test, and while some generations/crosses can have different characteristics as far as size and hair texture, health is never left up to chance. Our dogs are all tested for over 250 different genetic diseases. The only difference between our first generation crosses and our multigenerational crosses, is that first generation crosses can all turn out differently, and multigenerational crosses are more predictable, size and personality-wise. We’ve had more time with our multigenerational crosses to narrow down the ideal personality, energy level, size, and hair type and texture. Feel free to ask any additional questions you might have about this or any other health related topics and I’ll be happy to answer!
Designed for families dealing with dog allergies, our multigenerational puppies may be your perfect fit! Cockapoo puppies are excellent choices for allergy sufferers. The combinations we strive for create a well rounded, non shedding pup with an easy-to-care-for coat! Contact me to find out which litter will be your best shot at an allergy free companion! We know everyone is different, so we’ll be happy to coordinate visits and test your specific allergy comfort level at your convenience!
Due to many requests, we are incorporating some smaller size dogs into our breeding program, including two smaller female Cockapoos, and an adorable Toy Poodle male. Give us some time to make sure they pass all of their health requirements to qualify for our breeding program, but stay tuned for future litters!
